Software built for one business at a time · Manawatū

Your shop runs on a whiteboard, a shoebox and your memory. Done

We replace the first two. Not a template with your logo on it. Software built around how your week actually goes, with your staff in the room while we build it.

You leave the call with a version of this built around your business. Not someone else's.

Done

One garage, one week. Example, not a client.

Three shops. Three different apps.

Each one is built around how that business actually runs. Tap to try them.

Garage

Every bay at a glance.

Each bay on one board with a timer. A light goes green when the car is ready, and the customer gets a text.

Example, not a client.
Tremaine Auto · pit wall08:02
Electrician

Every job, live.

Quote accepted on site and the job lights up. The certificate of compliance is signed before you leave.

Tap a breaker. Example, not a client.
Mobile mechanic

Today's route.

Stops in order with drive times, parts loaded, and a pay link sent at the kerb.

Example, not a client.
Beat maker

Make a beat.

Built for FL Studio, shown here as a quick web version. Pick a style, or tap the steps yourself.

Try PULSEGRID test version

The quick sketch grown up: arrangement, piano roll, mixer, sound design and an AI producer. Still being built.

What we fix

Any business that doesn't have a tech team and doesn't want one. Restaurants, trades, clinics, clubs, shops, charities. These are the common jobs. If you can describe yours, we can build it.

Done

Bookings and reservations

Guests, clients or patients book themselves. Your rules built in. Reminders and changes by text.

Fitted for: restaurants, salons, clinics, tradies
Done

Loyalty in the phone wallet

Apple and Google Wallet cards. No app to download. Scan at the till, send a push on a quiet night.

Fitted for: cafés, bars, retail
Done

Quotes and invoices

Quote on site from your phone, invoice when the job's done, chase automatically. Xero-friendly.

Fitted for: trades, contractors, freelancers
Done

Client portals

One login where your customers see their jobs, files and payments instead of emailing you for them.

Fitted for: agencies, property, services
Done

A website, free with every build

Not a brochure. A site that takes the booking, the order, or the enquiry and puts it straight into your app. Included, because an app nobody can find is pointless.

Fitted for: anyone with a Facebook page as a website
Done

Money, built into every app

Invoices, bills, receipts and the GST tally live inside whatever we build you, not in a separate app you forget to open. One tap sends the period to your accountant. We don't do tax advice. We make sure nothing's lost in the ute.

Fitted for: sole traders, contractors, anyone with a shoebox
Done

The thing you can't name yet

Whatever you're hand-typing every Monday, or the job that only one person knows how to do. Describe it and we'll turn it into a screen that fills itself.

Fitted for: everyone, honestly

More we've mocked up

Rough sketches for other trades, so you can see the shape of the thing. Each one is tappable. None of them is yours yet.

How it goes

We don't build it in a back room and hand it over. We build it with the people who'll use it: your staff, and a handful of your customers who put their hand up to try it first.

Step 1 · a 5-minute chat

You talk, we listen

Five minutes with you and whoever actually answers the phone. After the chat you get a demo link, like the one at the top of this page but for your real business. A one-page plan and price follow within two days.

Step 2 · two to four weeks

We build it on the floor

A working version in week one. Your staff use it on a real shift and tell us what's wrong. We ask a few of your regulars to volunteer as the first customers through it. Every complaint becomes a fix the same week.

Step 3 · forever

It's Done

It goes live on a quiet day, with staff who already know it. From there it's your call: take the code and run it yourself, or we maintain it and change it when you ask. One person to call, who actually built it.

Pricing

Two ways to pay. Both get the same build, the same people on the floor, and no per-booking fees, no surprise invoices, no platform that owns your customers. Prices exclude GST.

Pay as you go · most people
$500 to start
then $250 / month

Build, hosting, maintenance and small changes, all in the monthly. Twelve months minimum, then month to month. That's $3,500 for the first year, plus GST. After a year you can take the code and stop paying, or keep us on.

  • Working version in week one
  • Built alongside your staff and volunteer customers
  • Invoices, bills and GST tally built in
  • A website, free, with every build
  • Small changes included: wording, prices, hours, a field, a report. New screens and integrations are quoted
  • Not included: card processing fees, text message costs, your domain name
Own it outright
From $3,000

One payment, split across milestones so you pay as each piece goes live. You own the code and data from day one. Maintenance after that is optional at $200 a month.

  • No monthly commitment
  • Same money module and free website
  • Run it yourself or keep us on

Built with you.

It's Done builds software for people who run real businesses. Any kind. The common thread is an owner who is also the booking line, the accounts department and the marketing team.

We don't build from a brief. We come in, stand next to your staff, and watch where the day gets stuck. Then we build the fix with them, and with a few of your customers who are happy to be first through the door. Software fitted to real people beats software fitted to a spec every time.

Based in Palmerston North, New Zealand. Working with anyone with a wifi connection and a problem.
